    Heated Collar Cones


    Designed to accommodate 16″ and 18″ hangers and larger and smaller shirt collar sizes. 
    Hanger reservoir holds up to 18 hangers.

    Unique design allows proper collar finish on 13″ to 22″ collars. Hanger sets deeper into cone and is raised by lifting with one finger into recessed opening. Shirt lifts with hanger in one smooth move.

    New triple cone on rotating platform now available.

    If you do not want to use the slot to store hangers, the handy hanger bay also holds hangers.

    Description: 
    Most shirt cuffs are double layered, but collars are usually triple layered and require extra curing! The Iowa Techniques’ Heated and Slotted Collar Cone provides heat using a 75-watt soft light bulb and the slot holds up to 18 hangers, eliminating an extra step. Also available in non-slotted.   

    Freestanding unit has a heavy steel base. Cone composite is a ceramic material that protects collar discoloration from metal oxidation. The heated collar cone’s saftey features keep operators fingers from burning, unlike traditional metal cones. Provide your customers a perfectly formed collar every time!
